"Local store staff were helpful and explained the differences in the bikes available.
This particular bike was out of stock in most local stores, so I ended up reserving on-line and picking up a couple of days later at another store a bit further away. Service was excellent, it was ready to collect and the staff were helpful.
Only had a couple of short rides on it so far and it seems fine. I am getting used to a bike again after a few years."

"Bought this bike 4 weeks ago, to get some excercise, saved £300 on list price, a real bargain. Smooth ride, light weight, good brakes, looks the part.
Grip shift ok but gear numbers do not line up sometimes think in lower gear than you are, hope to get this sorted at 6 week check."

"At the web price I don't think you could go wrong with this bike. I haven't ridden in 22 years but my kids want me to go with them!!
The bike is very well built with an extra brace under the down tube. The only thing I am tempted to change is the shifters (I would prefer index to twist)"

"It has been a brilliant bike. I had one before; a different brand, but this one is obviously a nice one. Whole bike is best, particularly the Brake combination works well, and applying the gears riding uphill, even in areas like Sheffield!"

"reserved the bike online, picked it up the following day, (Winchester) wasn't quite ready for me but that didn't matter as I watched the 2 young lads building it, they answered all my questions, made sure the bike fitted me properly, they couldn't have been more helpful (give them a pay rise) Excellent service, very pleased with my bike, 10 out of 10"

Cons: hard saddle (or soft bottom?), handlebars on the low side
"I am very impressed with this bike. Bought at sale price this model offers really good solid bike packed with features at a very reasonable price. I did find the saddle slightly on the hard side, and being 6 foot tall I found the handlebars a little lower than I would like.They came already set to the maximum hight, but I opted to leave these and got used to both the saddle and the handlebars quite quickly. All in all I am very happy with my purchase."
