"Very easy to adjust to make a good comfortable fit. Light to wear & ventilaition good. Only down side is the straps don't seem to sit flat to your face - a little annoying at first. Better value if ordered online too."

"Bought for a charity run but had to be comfy and not too expensive.Tried a few helmets on but the Giro was the best fit with best ventilation,just as well as the run was on a hot day.Still comfy after a sweaty run so job done!"

"Lightweight and comfortable helmet.
Many vents are great for cooling and further improving comfort.
Fantastic for commuting to and from town on a 'courier' bike and a folding bike.

I am impressed by the secure fitting and adjustable dial which means it does not slip when worn.

"I'm only a casual biker so didn't want to pay a lot for a helmet. This fit the bill perfectly. It looks good, has vents in abundance, the adjustable strap works well, it's comfortable and if you're label concious it's a decent brand. Tried the cheaper Mistral helmet on and this is definitely worth spending a few quid more on. I should be asking Giro for sales commision here but yes, I'd highly recommend this lid."

"I bought it before I went to Cannock Chase to do "follow the dog", and what can I say...it does the job, and it fits my big head! haha!

"I wanted a reasonable helmet as I was a keen cyclist, but didn't want to spend the earth on it, I also wanted a helmet that would be comfortable to wear. The Giro Transfer met both requirements. The key feature I found was the adjustable head strap which gives a real good snug fit as some other makes, whilst being pretty close to head size means that sometimes pads are provided to make it a snug fit. Also would be a great idea if members of the same family could wear the same helmet if their head sizes were in the same size range."
