"This would have been the best socket set I have ever purchased if only it came with step up/down atatchments. Some of the nuts i've had to use it on were highly torqued with restricted space. Steps would have made the job alot easier. Still a good kit though."

"i bought 1 of these tool kits they are mint plus the halfords i went to at newcastle i got a free tool chest worth £149.99 so that was even better"

"Having been a mechanic for nearly 30 years i have used many makes of tools and i would that this pro halfords set is by far the best all round set of tools ive ever used. The sockets and spanners are a perfect fit and have only ever had one socket ware on me and that was after very heavy use. to the home mech this kit will do all thes jobs you come across on your car even for me as a pro id say it dose over 95% of the jobs i do.It saves a lot of time having everthing you want right next to youmits well worth spending the extra for this set the only make ive used as good as this is snap on tools and if im honest they are no better but cost a lot more, the only thing id say is wrong with this set is the case clips not the best"
