"i was so happy to finally find a car polisher that can work on the cigar lighter, as that means no need for mains conection and extension cords. i applied the polish and the gloss finish polish onto my poor old car and i must admit that at the end of it all my car loked brand spanking new. me very happy! so a few days later, i thought why not apply another coat of gloss finish polish to make me car really shine and be the envy of the neighbourhood.. but alas, the made in china product, worth 19.99£ refused to oblige. its life had ended prematurely!! me very sad!! £19.99, sad!! the blasted thing has just stopped working. and i only used it once. can i get my money back please??"
