"The Britax Kidfix is an excellent seat that offers comfort, safety, and flexibility in a hassle free design. The isofix guides provide the best possible anchorage to your car and mean that you don't have a car seat moving around in t he back of the car when not in use. The seat also has seatbelt guides for use in cars without isofix mounts.
The service at Halfords was excellent, and the reserve and collect feature of the website is second to none."

"Great spare... I wouldn't use it for motorway driving. Our main seat is a Britax kidifix but this is great for a second car or for grandparents with old cars that don't have isofix!! fantastic for the price."

"Good: Solid design, great safety rating, effective side impact thingamajibs (hopefully), good support for child's head, Isofix, helpful Halfords staff fitted the seat and checked
Bad: Had to drive a long way to pick one up as Halfords had run out at all my local stores, only reclines a bit."

"Apparently it is the only seat that fits the rear seats in an XC90, apart from Volvo's own, which I am told is a Britax with Volvo written on it and the price doubled...... How unlike Volvo"

"We needed a booster seat for our 5 year old, who had grown out of his old category 1-3 seat. Rather that buy a cheap seatbelt-only model with dubious safety ratings, we decided to buy the Which recommended KidFix, since our car has ISOFIX mountings. The seat was simple to install, clicking securely in place. Tthe instrustions are clear (and slot into the seat base for future reference). The height is easily adjustable, and our son appears comfortable; however I would have preferred more padding on the base seat since it feels hard to the touch and may be uncomfortable on longer journeys."

"I'm very happy with our new car seat and my son is very comfortable in it the Iso fix is easy to use and keeps the seat in place when it's not in use without having to remember to do the belt up this is a added plus. I purposly chose this one over the newer extra side impact model as this had better alround saftey rating the newer one has top rated side impact but a lower front impact rating which was a bit of a worry to me! The only grumble I have is that it was £20 more in store we got round this by reserving it online then collecting it in store so they could fit it for us and set it up correctly for our car and son I just feel it should be the same price on both as if you don't check the Internet you would have paid more for the same item from the same shop made worst when the web site proudly shows you that it's cheaper online saying you have saved this much so it was not by mistake ."
