Pros: lightweight, strong
"It's a wrench, what more can you say really? Lightweight, plenty strong enough and much easier to get leverage with than the pathetic little things you normally get with your car."

"Although this product was not immediately available (even though on the internet it said it was) the staff that contacted me to explain were very customer focused and sincere about the apology for the delay and had checked a 30 mile radius to see if there was one available anywhere else. The item came in the following day and I was united with my wrench after another phone call from the store to let me know I could pick up any time. Excellent customer service which more than made up for the very short delay in receiving this item."
