"Really pleased with overall purchase, son is over the moon. Halfords couldn't have been more helpful, reserved and collected when built - returned as problem with front brake - all sorted within 20mins. Don't know alot about BMX's in general but did my homework and this turned out to be the one - light - strong, with a good reputation and cheaper than most GT's online. Son has had some great responses from boys down the park, as it looks the part, so all is well"

"Son loves this bike couldn't stop smiling when he got it - it looks really nice. Brakes are a bit soft compared to GT dirt BMX elder son got.

"Did some research before buying this bike for my 13 year old. As this was an insurance replacement, we were tied into using Halfords to supply the bike, which meant a choice of various GT models really. No bad thing, as they are a quality manufacturer and have been for years. Without being an expert on the current BMX scene, this bike did seem to tick all the boxes. Plenty of Cro-moly, and plenty of sealed bearings mean at this price, it's a bit of a bargain. It's not the lightest, but at least that means you can expect it to be tough, which is a traditional strength of GT (excuse the pun). The Gary Fisher rule is as appropriate as ever : "Light, strong, cheap - pick any two, 'cos you can't have all three". We reserved it on line, then went to the store, and my son found it to be better looking in the flesh. Though it looks like bare metal, or chrome, it's actually a titanium grey paint, which looks superb. The only downsides, the front and rear axles are 10mm and 14mm, not as described in the specs, which means the stunt pegs are only able to be used on the front and rear, not just on the rear, or just on the front. The frame sticker says three main tubes are chromoly, again unlike the spec which says full frame and forks. I wasn't too impressed with this mis-description, but I am still glad we got the bike. It still seems to be the best buy at this price point, and is well worth paying the extra over the other models in the range. Reccomended."

"i have boght this blike and ive riden it on road of road and at thje skate park I have had like 7 bmx's and this is the best one very good performence the staff are very helpfull. also it is the bmx your looking for any thing it is very light and very strong. money wise the money is just write for this bike the coluer is not to bad. and thats all."

"I was a Bike Builder for Ribble Cycles some years ago, This Gt Soul I put together myself, and found the only real problem with it is the Chain has to be too slack to maintain free movment when back pedaling, if set to the correct tension there is a lot of crunching of bearings in the rear Wheel Hub"
