Pros: fitting, saving money for reserving online
"Reserved the seat online and went to collect it and opted to have it fitted as I thought this would be a safer option than doing it ourselves and risk not doing it right. I collected within an hour of reserving, it was fitted straight away and took some effort by the co-worker to do this proving it to be the right choice in paying for fitting.
Good value, saving made by reserving online meant that even with the fitting cost I saved money based on the in store price. Great for me, although not so good if you haven't got the capability to do this online as I'd be annoyed at paying more in store"

"I bought the seat to transport my 3 year old son. The price was excellent value for money and I cant complain about the quality. The only difficulty was down to my actual bike and the construction of the frame which meant I could not fix the bracket to the frame but to the seat post which is not recommended, so suggest checking on your frame that there is sufficient space to fix the bracket."

"I can't really fault this seat, it's comfortable for my strapping 2 1/2 year old, simple to get him in and out of. It would be nice if it reclined, but at this price I really can't complain."

"I purchased this item for my 3 year old son to ride on the back of my bike. I was very pleased with the service as halfords fitted the seat on securely for me which saved me a lot of time. The quality is good and my son loves it.

Pros: padding, ease of use, secure straps, overall feel of the product
Cons: no recline facility, fiddly to first build
"This car seat is excellent value for money. It was a bit fiddly to put together (especially the seat bold which involved pulling the frame forward while also trying to do the nut up at the same time). The fittings are very secure and the padding is ideal for my son to be comfy while strapped in. I compared it to my friends much more expensive leading brand seat and apart from a recline facility they have there is no difference. This seat was actually easier to work and strap the wee one into! Overall an excellent item which is the equal of much more expensive seats."

"I'm happy with the bike seat as it does everything you'd expect for a reasonable price compared to others on the market.
My 3 year old son seems comfortable and secure in it and now I'm used to the additional weight I can cycle easily with him on the back.
I like the fact that the seat is easy to detach for when I want to cycle on my own as well.
I didn't fit the seat myself but the instructions seemed straight forward enough. You do need the right tools for the job though as they are not provided."

"Really excellent product. Easy to fit and very comfortable for my 3yr old, even off-road. He loves it, prefers going on the bike than going in the car. The only problem is that, although the seat will fit onto a semi-sprung (front forks only) bike, it will not fit on a fully sprung mountain bike."
