"I bought four of these bulbs due to all the positive reasons given in the text above, brightness, safety etc, and I didn't mind spending the extra for piece of mind.
I bought the bulbs in January 2013, and have just had to use my fourth bulb; they have only lasted a matter of weeks. My headlamps have been checked and they are not faulty.
Very disappointing. Given all the good reviews, maybe I just got a bad batch."

"Great bulbs, bought to replace the standard ones on my car as I found night diving hard work, these have only been on the car for a couple of weeks, and have already proved to be a blessing showing a far better light than I had before."

Pros: definitely brighter., take advantage of the 2-for-1 offer.
Cons: £7 is a bit pricey for fitting a bulb.
"These bulbs are definitely brighter than standard bulbs, although "up to 90% brighter" might be stretching it a bit. No complaints from oncoming drivers."

"These are bright, increased beam distance, so much better than my old set. White light, slight blue edge, Xenon gas technology, who can really say if its 90% or 50% e.c.t.. The point is I notice the difference on roads that are well lit
and then when you get off the main roads its as good as my mainbeam used to be for visability on un-lit roads. I've only had them fitted a week so this is first impression but to be honest I'm so happy with the difference I would replace them every 6 months if needed. I almost wished I had tried the Super Brilliance with upto 120% more light, maybe i will next time. I had them fitted also which was a good idea as it isn't as simple as I would have expected, the coolant bottle had to be taken off its mount and moved to allow access! Didn't expect that, done in a little under 15 minutes. Overall they are the upgrade I had hoped for and the make the difference i needed."

"Not sure about the claim to be 90% brighter, but these are a useful upgrade over normal H4 halogen bulbs.
Have only used them for a few weeks, so early days to comment on the lifespan, but I'm not expecting them to last as long as normal bulbs if they burn brighter.
Worth the money as a two-for-one deal, a bit dear otherwise."

"Excellent product, buy 1 get 1 free good value for money, (don't know if I would have bought them if not). Fitted them to the latest model VW Polo, easier to remove headlamps to fit bulbs. Probably worth being fitted by Halfords for the price they charge."

Cons: not as bright as expected
"90 percent brighter might be over exagerrated in real life driving conditions but certainly well worth the money on a dark wet wintery evening drive home! Picks up the side of the road much better than the standard bulbs in my Peugeot 206 and competes well against the oncoming bright lights of other vehicles and so makes night time driving more comfortable on the eyes. Overall thoroughly recommended."
