"Although I was fairly pleased with this mech I had a small crash and it broke straight away. A lot of it is comprised of plastic. I was least happy because this came as standard with my newly purchased careera valour, which is a lovely bike except for this component. My previous bike, a careera Vulcan had no such problems as it came fitted with the sram x4, an all over much better mech. I have now switched the broken mech for my old x4 which runs brilliantly."

Pros: good price, quality item
"I purchased this item because of the price, but i was pleasantly suprised at the quality of it , i was looking around for a secondhand Mech for my old mountain bike the quality is second to none for the price i would reccomend this product if you are thinking of buying a new derailier."

"this part is suitable for a bike with megarange which is why i chose it and would recommend this part for anyone wanting to change from 18 to 21 gear on there bike"
