Pros: looks great!, shifts well, perfect combo with other sram gear
Cons: as always quality costs
"I bought this from Halfords as they had a special deal on at the time and were the cheapest around. Looks great. It isn't as light as the Shimano XT one replaced but we are one talking about a few grams. So far it has shifted great, and as I have SRAM gripshift and rear derailleur it made sense and it all works well together
