"I brought Millers Diesel power Ecomax mainly based on great reviews. I have been loosing some mpg over the last few months on my 50,000 mile 1.9 JTD and power, also over a year I had used nothing but ASDA diesel which I think was starting to have an effect on the engine.
Within about 50 miles I noticed an immediate difference to performance and engine noise. Smoother running and better acceleration all round. Looking forward to running it for the further 100 miles in which they say the product will begin to 'work' as its done an incredible job already. I think this is a must for anyone using supermarket diesel!"

"My puny 90BHP HDI engine gives noticeably more torque with this stuff in the tank, and I'm content in knowing that it's cleaning/preventing the build-up of deposits in my fuel system as I drive. A bottle goes a long way too."

"After reading all the rave reviews on here thought I'd give this stuff a go. I bought 2 bottles and I've now used a complete bottle over several tanks .
My Lexus 220d with just 28k on the clock has gone from 37 MPG down to 34 MPG. I put this down to the colder weather rather than the Millers. Overall tank average is now 35.6 MPG since the car was new. I do well over half my mileage on the motorway probably 70%. I did the same route in a 1.6 Skoda Diesel hire car and got 55 MPG so it's not my driving!
My advice is the Lexus IS 220D is just very poor on MPG and no amount of additives will cure it . Millers may work on other cars but don't waste your money if you own a Lexus ."

"I put in a measured dose of Millers Diesel Power Ecomax into my Jaguar Diesel and I did notice a better low range grunt. The engine did appear to be smoother, especially at low speeds. If you are going to put in additives into your car then you might as well just put in premium diesel? Saying that, it is probably a handy way to clean the system out by using this product. All these reviewers can't be wrong, can they?"

"Had the 'Engine Malfunction Light' come on and it was tracked down to the EGR Valve. Mechanic recommended Millers Diesel cleaner. Emptied bottle in tank (my mistake for not reading the instructions) BUT it cleared the light after just 3 days! Additionally, my Rover 45 has regained some engine power, response and smothness. Better than Redex."

"Use this all the time in my diesel cars (old Land Rover and Ford Fiesta and Ford C Max). Same result in all of them - more power and more mpg. If you work its less than 3p per litre when you add it to regular diesel or supermarket diesel. This gets you a clean engine and more economy - a no brainer."

Pros: seems to really work
Cons: early days. i need more miles to know for sure
"Put a generous (slightly more than stated) shot of this into the full tank of my Octavia Estate 1.9TDI (45K miles) a few days ago.
I have driven about 150 miles, and returned home last night, a journey of about 8 miles (just enough time to get the engine warm from a nearly cold start). The roads were quiet, so it was a decent run in an urban area. Not too many stop/starts. I would normally expect to reach around 50mpg on that kind of journey. The dashboard reading was 58mpg ! (the previous best ever reading I had on a long, steady(ish) mainly motorway run was 56mpg, in warmer weather.
It is early days, and maybe it was a "fluke" journey, but it might be that this stuff really does do what it claims. Time will tell. My Skoda has averaged just over 45mpg over the past 1300 miles. I shall report back when I`ve done another 1000 miles or so, and the Millers has had chance to clean the engine further, if that is indeed what it does."

"After about 500 miles of running through I now get an extra 10% mpg on the same motorway at the same speed doing the same distance. It's easy to measure the right amount to put in the tank. Give it a go"

"Been using this product for 6 years+ (it used to have a different name) in a new car that had mostly been run on BP Ultimate Diesel before. So the engine was already clean. Never noticed much (if any) performance difference, engine runs a bit smoother and the fuel consumption is measurably better compared to standard fuel - an average around 5% better.
I can believe it would restore performance on an older car. You don't need to add this to premium fuel's like BP Ultimate or Shell V Power, just use regular diesel.
My car is now on 75,000 miles and is still clean running with little exhaust soot for a diesel."

"I drive a mercedes E220 CDI which has done 62k.
The car was getting a tad sluggish so after some investigation on injector cleaners etc decided to give Millers a go.
Am impressed its given the car a new lease of life,doesnt matter how I drive it fast or slow am constantly getting better mpg and performance will buy again.
ps I never use supermarket fuel, WOULDNT WASH MY FEET IN IT ITS RUBBISH.
SHELL OR ESSO IS THE WAY FORWARD TRUST ME"

"only started using this last week after my beloved astra started having an intermittent miss fire at low revs, after much faffing around with egr valves and sensors this was the last resort, anyway ive had this in on a full tank from reserve and its made a difference already, car is much smoother, and seems to be a lot quicker off the mark looking forward to more improvements on next fill up lol"
