"I have to say that it is very useful ascertaining the availability of the product at the branch before you go. Nothing worse than traipsing down there and them not having one in! Stuck the replacement mirror on myself (not difficult, although you have to get it just right before pressing it on because there's no getting it off again!). Stuck it over the top of the broken one and it's solid as a rock."
