"I needed a hose clip to connect my washing machine waste pipe to the domestic plumbing. I chose two different diameters because I couldn't find the size I needed online.
When I went to the store to collect them I found the correct diameter that I needed on display. I purchased the correct one but the ones I reserved online are still in the packet unopened.
If your website was more user friendly I could have saved some money.
The item I purchased in store was the same brand and did the job perfectly."
