Pros: paints on & spreads very well. doesnt drip (if use
"I purchased this Caliper paint for my Arden Blue VXR as a cheaper option to buying Vauxhalls car specific paint, as it is in a spray tin & I wanted to paint it on with a brush. It seemed from the reviews I had read that people were put off by the shade of light blue when they opened the tin. !you need to stir/mix the paint when opened, and you will see it turns a dark shade of blue! This paint is really good quality, once its dried and hardened proper after, it dries a to a sporty shade of blue (almost identical to standard VXR calipers) which is why I bought it. It goes on smoothly with a descent brush & doesnt drip if you applycorrectly (dont just slap it on). i used this on my calipers and on my drums & still have a tin near enough left after 2 good coats on each caliper & drum. p.s, use a wire brush to get rid of any rust or flaked paint before applying. Tip (when youve applied the 1st coat, hold a hairdryer a moderate distance away until it sets sticky, just before totally dry... and then add a 2nd coat & use the hairdryer again for a couple of mins) it leaves a very smoothe finish."

"Good product the blue is really clear it dries a little darker than on the tin but not too much. It gives a good look to old calipers. If however your calipers are really rusty like mine were then just take a cordless drill and a wire brush attachment. I got one again from halfords for a few pounds.
The paint goes on thick and and isn't runny. It goes on fine with a brush just give a second coat after around 30-40 mins when the paint is nice and sticky. I was able to put wheels back on within an hour without worrying about dripping on my alloys. do it on a night and it is fine and dried hard by morning."

Pros: great colour easy to apply
Cons: a bit pricey but worth it
"This paint is really good quality, dont be put off by the shade of light blue when you open the tin like i was, once its dried and hardened fully after 24 hours, it goes much darker to a nice sporty shade of blue. goes on smoothly even with a brush, doesnt drip if you apply it nice and evenly either. great buy! i used this on my calipers and drums on my white saxo. Had 2 3rds of a tin left after 2 good coats all round, would do 3 cars easily i reckon."

Pros: quick and easy to use
"great product gave a stunning new look to old brake calipers, i found this product easy to use and manages to give the calipers 3 coats with in the stated timings on the tin, the paint gave a great smooth coating , very easy to use, loads of paint left to do rear calipers at a later date . i did leave the calipers for 24hrs after the final coat to make sure the paint was dry , ; blue calipers look stunning against sliver alloys and sliver body . i did think about using te red but every one goes for red"
