Pros: just about everything, i have alot of jealous friends

"first up, it looks fantastic with or without your phone connected.

with the phone in (especially with the phone in landscape mode) you've got this big beautiful display, with a range of advanced features, big, easy access buttons, voice control and customisation.
audio is fantastic, with lots of options for getting the sound just right for your car without having to spend hours at it.
the issues i have with it though are mostly to do with the usb -
having a usb drive in full of music pulls up 2 issues for me, one is easily fixed, the other is a bit annoying -

all i can do is skip tracks. i'd like to see the app allow for searching folders etc, i have my music well organised and would like to go straight to certain artists and certain albums with ease. an app update could fix this
the other is, when i turn on usb random/repeat all. it always seems to pick a song that it likes to play over and over. i'll maybe hear it 5 times out of 15 songs. major flaw in the algorithm for random... hardware upgrade would be the only solution for this... cant see that being easy so i have to turn off repeat all.
only other thing i would change is, i'd like the option to change is the app background colour. would like it to be customisable, not everyone is a fan of red... i'd sooner take black to have it fit in with its surroundings better.
all in all though, if you have a good android phone and like your music... BUY THIS. added bonus of built in hands free, using your phone as sat nav... even using it for watching a movie when you're parked up. brilliant"

Pros: handy dock, bluetooth
"I was looking for a new stereo for my car which took away all the hassles I had when driving - ie. charging my phone, using a bluetooth headset for calls and playing music stored on my phone.
When looking, there appeared to be a lot of stereos which ticked all the above boxes for Iphones, but nothing for Android phones (I have a Galaxy S3) - until I came accross this Philips stereo.
It is perfect for my requirements and covers all I need - can make and receive calls (without the need of external mic) and the phone sits nicely in the stereo dock which allows it to charge while being accessable for Sat Nav and other media. I have had no issues using the bluetooth feature for playing music and making calls.
All in all, a great product for a fantastic price - highly recommended."

"Brilliant stereo for any Android user. Great features and charges quicker than a usb to cigarette lighter. My only gripes are the stereo mutes sometimes mid call so you have to disconnect Bluetooth and reconnect it. This may be rectified in an app update though. Also there's no way to detach the face so I'm worried about it being stolen!.

"Can't fault the machine does everything that I need . Only small gripe I have is the way they put stickers on various parts that just don't peel off ! You've got to scrape/wet to get them off .."

"Had this for a month now, mmmm, pairs to the phone automatically but the app says its not paired, finally worked out that if you have the unit on bt audio when you switch it off the app connects fine but if its on any other source(radio etc) the app refuses to connect, also the app is very annoying as it switches the screen off after 10 secs. why??? if its connected to the dock there is no need to switch the screen off, it defeats the object of hands free as you have to hunt for the phone on button all the time to switch the screen on!!!! if you dont use the app its really good, hands free mic works well, audio is good but ... AM is absolutely rubbish have to turn the volume up really loud just to hear it...so main gripe is the app which you dont have to use but it could have been so good.. the holder is really secure but obscures the radio and controls as i think its designed for LH drive cars"

"Reserved and fitted this yesterday. It does the job well, sounds good and holds my phone (just..!) a HTC One X. Anything wider than this and you'll struggle.
My only negative is the face doesn't come off. Shame, I'll just have to watch where I park my car."

"I noticed this on the website before christmas when it was on special offer and being a big android fan I had to have it. It is a great stereo, easy to fit and some great features. My 12v adapter stopped working in my car so this charges my phone now instead. The stereo controls are basic but can be enhanced by using the android app from the play market.
It looks really sleek and the pull out harness for my Galaxy Nexus works great."

Cons: all a bit cramped and fiddly, app loads upon power connection not data signal
"Well, I have just installed this in my BMW 1-series and all I can say is WOW. I was going to buy a JVC bluetooth mechless stereo until I saw this with a docking station - replace 2 cables & a window cradle in a single step! The sound quality is excellent and the app you have to download works very well.
All is not perfect though, the menu systems on the unit are unintuitive, the app auto-runs on plugging into ANY power socket, so either you get annoyed closing it every time you plug in or you disable the auto run function and load it manually each time you get in the car.
Another niggle is that the skip functions do not appear to work without the app running, why it doesn't use a2dp is beyond me.
Sound quality is excellent, volume this stereo reaches is VERY loud and it is pretty stylish - in a minimalistic way.
Finally the dock itself works very well (it is only a charger, all the functionality is performed through bluetooth - this is not like an ipod dock that uses the connector to provide functionality) and more importantly rotates so you can use it for sat-nav, by itself it makes this headunit stand out from the crowd."

"After months of waiting for this unit to be released out the warehouse I finally managed to purchase it today (6.12.12), it's a great bit of kit, and it's enabled me to get rid of the rubbish vent phone holder and the 2 cables needed to charge my phone and listen to my music... Sound quality is excellent, so easy to setup and use, best thing I've purchased in a good while... If you are looking for a unit that does most in car things then I highly recommend considering this fabulous unit..."

Pros: easy to set up, very tidy docks sing micro usb on bottom of phone
"Having moved from the iPod platform to android I was struggling to pay my music till I found this wonderful device. My phone docks easily, no cables getting tangled. It looks tidy and the dock folds away when not in use. Just download the app, connect by Bluetooth and away you go. I am delighted by the simplicity and reliability of this. I am able to receive calls and it pauses the musc for the duration of the call. Tuning the audio is easy too. The app allows you to scan for radio stations and save your favourites to a button on the app. This is a well thought out, good value device. I have no hesitation recommending it."
