Pros: hidden unit, steering wheel controls, program text on oem radio display, auto dab
Cons: lack of comprehensive installation instructions, drop outs while on the move
"Once fitted correctly, this is a great way to add DAB to the existing OEM radio.
Issues with installation - if there is a 6 slot CD fitted and / or bluetooth the MOST fibre optic cable needs to be fitted to the radio head unit correctly.

Pros: quality sound, range of stations
Cons: rubish bmw display
"Halfords fitted an autodab adaptor into my BMW 130i 2007. Works very well and active aerial is discreetly placed behind rear view mirror, so not visible to driver.
Fitting was challenging because space is tight and connectors are massive, but technician persevered until done properly.
Reception is same as my audi a8 factory fit, very good. Display is standard BMW business radio , rubbish, but scrolling text tells you what is going on. All steering wheels controls work properly and are used for initial tuning.
Highly recommended if you want high quality radio and lots of stations."

Pros: works well with steeering wheel controls, good sound
Cons: aerial a slight discration for passengers
"Installation was straight forward. The most difficult aspect was removing the glovebox to thread the aerial lead to the A piller (thank goodness for the internet!).
The radio works well, just as to says using the steering wheel to control the DAB stations. Reception is crystal clear in good areas but drops out in the middle of Wales for example. Aerial is not as 'invisible' as I would have liked."
