"I previously had a Maxi Cosi Cabriofix and Family fix base which we were very pleased with, so the Pearl was an obvious choice for me. My son is very big for his age, but i had concerns about putting him in a forward facing car seat at 9 months, as advice is to keep children rear facing as long as possible. We popped the car seat in very easily and tried my son in it. We've used it a number of times now and he seems very comfy, well supported and secure (and he loves being able to look out of the window). Would highly recommend this car seat as long as you don't mind that it only fit in your car with a base."
