"Bought the Sony as no body faffs around with cd's anymore, it can take my iPhone, iPod, MP3 player etc, its great! Halfords also honoured the online price as it was more expensive in the store, and the lad fitted it with no fuss and ease and even showed me how it worked, and said any problems I cpuld go straight back to him, overall a top item and top service"

"I bought this stereo in the January sales to replace my original Peugeot clarion stereo . It went in like a dream with only the yellow and red cables needing to be swapped over. The stereo works well with both the iPod touch 2nd gen and 4th gen and the good thing with this stereo over a cd version is that if two of you share a car and you both have iPods or iPhones it will start playing the track you last played on your iPod meaning you both can have your own favourite tunes. The only draw back with this stereo is that you only can have a blue display."

"Excellent stereo, and great to connect your USB stick or iPod device in. Build quality is good although it was only given a 4 due to the removable front, the hinges could snap if forced. Easy to set up and good power output with amp also. Reason I bought it so I don't need CDs anymore, saves space, time and jumping discs over potholes."

"wanted a radio with strong reception pull,its perfect for my needs.also on my previous radio i used to use USB rather than cd and though i have not tried that yet i have played my ipod using the smart tray and the sound is great,would strongly recomend because there is no wires showing and you can put up to a 16gb USBstick into the tray so that is a lot of music."

"This unit surpassed my expectations as the sounds is brilliant, it was easy to install (just swapped wires as per instructions - no need for an adapter for Peugeot 206, year 2006), the iPod works with it perfectly and it's simple to use - you can figure it out in 5 minutes. My car has a DIN sized slot; I was sold a fascia which was not necessary. I didn't expect the sound to be as good as it is (factory speakers) and I'm really glad I now don't have a mess of wires to deal with :) Very pleased."

"I was dubious at first because I had a Xplode before and didnt rate it. However this changed me completely. From the moment the music came through my speakers(just factory fitted ones) I realised that this was a great buy. Sound is great, and once you get used to the unit it is well worth the money. The i-pod is hidden away, no wires and now I can take my 500 cds with me wherever I go. This really is a great unit and yes if you want to use an i-pod then yes get this. It does not play cds so if you want to use cds dont buy this..."

"Bought this on reserve and collect for £45 less than the instore price. Had Halfords fit it and they did an excellent and speedy job.
Took about 10 minutes to work out how to use all the features, so not too complicated.
The unit has excellent sound quality by any standards not just the price. Works seamlessly with my iPod and has a good range of sound quality adjustments to suit most tastes.
Radio reception is far better than the expensive Clarion radio it replaced and pulls in fm stations from quite far away.
Overall an excellent piece of kit and I am very please with it."

No more CD's filling up my glove box, all my music is now neatly stored away behind the very flash-looking face/front!
There is so much that can be adjusted with regards to sound that my music has never sounded so good!
I have two (very small) issues with the system and those are that you can't change the colour and that the remote control is not supplied. Other than that it is a great system which is amazing value (online)."
