Pros: small size excellent for mounting almost anywhere.
Cons: bit pricey can be found cheaper elsewhere.
"Do not look at the rubber cap on the back and think these are waterproof. Mildly water resistant is all they can be. The rubber cap does not seal very well around the bulb holder letting in water especially if they are mounted low and get submerged. They have a breather hole located on the top so heat from the bulb will boil off any moisture and allow the steam out, this does have the effect of turning the mirror suface inside Black where water has boiled off. this will over time reduce the light output."
