Pros: fantastic customer service

"Now this may sound strange that I've rated these bulbs so highly however there is a story ............ I had a problem with my previous one, the young lady manager at one of my local branch spent so much time taking a look to see if it was the bulb or something else before she charged me anything.
Now I'm not fantastic with car but she made me feel welcome and when the time came it was the bulb so I had it one and decided I have various other things done too.
That little care and attention to a customer goes a long way.
Infact next month I'm already looking at getting a DAB Car stereo fitted .............. Keep up the good customer service HALFORDS !"
