"Although this was a good tent and very easy to put up, it was too small for four people in one pod. I would say two adults and a child max.
It packed into a really small bag so was great for transportation. It would be mainly for good weather, would not be great in heavy rain or wind."

"Tent is certainly good value and plenty big enough. Having a separate internal bedroom and the porch section is a real help too. My only complaint is that its packed very tight into the bag and there was no way it would fit back in after use so I use a large cricket bag to carry it round now. Frustrating as it would probably cost 50p more to make a bigger bag."

Pros: packs away neatly, can easily be erect singlehandedly

"I bought this tent to replace our older one. i specifically wanted one with a large porch area as we find this very useful for any wet clothing. Not only did it have a large porch but it was extremely spacious inside and packed up without any hassle. It was no problem erecting the tent and we did it quicker than the stated time. We tested it this weekend, in what seemed like gale force wind and rain,at a motorcycle rally, and it stood up well on its maiden voyage. no problems. The outer skin did seem thinner than my other tent so i decided to give it an extra coat of waterproofer. All in all I thnk its a great purchase."

"Bought this tent to attend a festival and I must say that it definitely did its job. 3 of us shared the tent over 3 nights and it was a comfortable space. If there had been 4 of us we would have been fairly snug in the bedroom so would recommend only 3 sharing. The rain was quite heavy and there was no leaking, only condensation but the bedroom stayed dry as did our belongings in the porch. Overall a rather good tent!"

Pros: easy to erect and fully waterproof!

"This item was seemingly sold out everywhere, then by chance I was in my local store and found one sitting alone on a shelf. I grabbed it in a heartbeat and am so pleased I did. Great choice. This will be for my husband and I to go camping with friends, but has worked out as an excellent play house for the kids too! The assembly time says 20mins, 2 persons. It took me, a woman alone, 24 minutes! So providing you read the instructions properly it is very very easy. I put it up yesterday afternoon and have got up this morning too find it has rained quite a lot through the night. The inside of the tent- both living and sleeping areas- are bone dry!!! Although, the shape of the side door being so useful for not having to crawl in to the tent, comes with its own issue. Which I'm sure would have been fine had I used common sense, but when I opened the door to check for damp inside I forgot to brush off excess water from around the door which then fell straight inside... "Doh". But its not a problem as long as I remember for next time. All in all a great buy, can't wait to get out there and use it :-) A++++++++"

"Bought this tent for a festival, it was perfect. Easy to put up, kept us dry, the front porch area is great for storing luggage etc! I dont think id like to try to get 4 people in it though, 2 was comfortable, and 2 small children was ok. I think it was good value for money and have recommended it to a friend, who has also bought it, and is pleased with it. I have used the tent twice so far and cant find anything to complain about!"

"The tent is fine for one couple, any more people will be VERY cramped in there! Quite easy to put up, even though the instructions aren't well written. The little entrance area before the bedroom isn't waterproof- scottish rain managed to get in under our very tightly pegged walls. There is definitely NOT room for more than two people."

"This is a great tent - especially for the price!
I wouldn't recommend it as a four person tent though, there were only 2 of us and it was great, 3 could manage if you were very good friends!
The porch is good and spacious, although its only single lined and so did gather condensation but overall this wasn't really a problem.
No leaks, help upto wind well, good overall experience..."

"I found this easy to erect on our weekend camping on the south coast.Along with the extra compartment with the groundsheet which we never used.It had enough room for two blow up airbeds with space between for access ,cant see anyone seriously getting 4 people in here unless you,re child size.I was with my 6 year old grandson while the good lady slept in our motor home with the grand daughters."

"Was really pleased with this double skin tent. Plenty of space in the bedroom compartment and enough room in the porch for two deckchairs and small table. Easy to errect with colour coded poles. Packs away into tiny bag - ideal for storing!"

"I bought this tent specifically for a festival. I've done a lot of camping so I had a good idea what to look for in a tent and chose this one for it's low price and large porch. If you're camping in Britain then having somewhere undercover where you can store food and wet weather gear without having to bring it all into your sleeping area is invaluable.
When I got it home the first thing I did was a trial run of putting it up. With the help of a novice friend the two of us managed to put it up quickly and easily without really needing the instructions. It also packed away easily and we even managed to fit it back into the small bag it came in.
However, when it came to using the tent for real the weather wasn't great. We had the fun of trying to put it up in high winds. The tent did not stand up to this. The entire porch section collapsed in the wind and the only way to make the tent usable was to buy extra guy ropes to attach the the porch poles. With the addition of these the tent was sturdy enough to use even with the strong winds overnight. We also had heavy downpours of rain and the tent and porch area remained bone dry.
Despite the issue with the flimsy porch I would still recomend this tent. It was easily fixed by tying on more guy ropes which didn't cost the earth and was simple to do. The tent itself is surprisingly large with plenty of well-ventilated sleeping space. The side door on the porch is a good idea as it's a good height and not sloping which means you're not crawling in. The tent comes with a shaped ground sheet for the porch area to keep your belongings and feet dry.
All in all a good tent so far - spacious, easy to put up and take down and waterproof"

"Bought this tent for a festival and was incredibly pleased with it. It is very easy to erect and was very spacious. We only slept 2 in it because we're not regular campers and like our creature comforts but I'm sure it would sleep 4.
We set up a double airbed in there and still had plenty of space in the inner tent for 2 small suitcases and our day bags.
The porch are is huge and really handy. We were worried, because of some of the other reviews, that it might let in water because the groundsheet is not attached. After a night of heavy rain everything we had left in the porch was still nice and dry.
The tent stood up to some really windy weather and will be excellent for our occasional use needs. I would heartily recommend the tent unless you're a regular camper as I'm not convinced it would last if used frequently."

"I bought this tent for going to Silverstone and it was perfect, so easy to put up and down. Its a good size, plenty room for four people with room to spare for all your gear. I like the porch space, great for keeping everything out of the rain if need be and room to sit. The only downfall was that the front pole bent in a very strong wind."

"I bought this tent last minute for a festival. it had gone down in price so i decided to buy it because it looked great and it was! Excellent quality, very spacious although i would say more comfortable for 3 people rather than 4 if you also have bags too. it kept the rain out and during gale force winds it looked like the only tent that wouldn't blow down. The groundsheet for the front would have been better if it was attached to the tent and a little bigger but overall great tent!!"

"I got this tent for myself and my girl friend for our camping holiday. We got it out when we got home and put it up. Took us about 15-20mins to put up and everything was easy to arrange. The only down side is that when we put it up the section at the front was flapping about in the wind a little due to there not being allot of leeway when putting up. If it’s off slightly then it will have bits flapping about. We popped it back down again and re-arranged a couple of things and it was fine after that."

"When you think about buying a tent u expect it to be new with poles and pegs.
i had organised a camping trip with my "new" tent onli to get there and find it had been used and put back in the back it was covered in mould and other horrid things. there was also no poles or pegs!!!

"Set up the tent only to find the zip of the outer door was broken. Could not close the tent all weekend so was unable to provide shelter for the contents. Very disappointing."
