"Excellent service from Halfords staff at Corton Wood, Barnsley. Battery was fitted in a couple of minutes and they disposed of the old one. Once fitted, the car started without any struggle and sounds much happier. The five year guarantee gives peace of mind."

"Quality product from a quality manufacturer. Physically smaller than the originally fitted battery on Fiesta 1.6 TCDi. Has so far coped with bad weather and short trips with all electrics in use with no problems whatsoever. Hopefully will continue for 5 years!"

"Halfords had the battery in stock which was handy as the cold had killed mine, good price, easy to fit ( couldnt get the car to halfords as the battery was flat LOL) car starts and runs better and the battery has a 5 year guarantee."

"Reserved the battery at my local Halfords, online. Got confirmation over my mobile. Picked it up a little before closing, the next day. Took it home and connected to my car. It started the first time. It;s been below freezing since then and it starts the car no problem. Easy as, really. The price was a little dear, but it performs great. There's a 5 yr guarantee on the battery which helps with piece of mind. Maybe the only thing I'd mention was that I was not informed about the disposal of my old battery. I took a chance and brought it with me to the store. They did take it from me."

"we went for the bosch battery because their products that we have had in the past have always proved to be very good. this battery is no exception it starts the car first time every time, my wife is disabled so we need to ensure that the car always starts very pleased."

"A great buy. After having trouble with the old battery, this is a god send. Engine starts within a second. Can have all sorts of electronics (eg DVD player for the kids) in-car without any issues. Ordered this on-line and collected from the shop. Sales assistant was very enthusiastic about the battery."

"I had problems with My Omega,not starting 1st time, and it then failed on me twice. I reserved this on-line and picked it up and fitted it in 10 Minutes, the car roared into life. This is an expensive battery

"With the recent snow and cold snap that we was faced with in Dec, my original battery from a 7 year old car (Alfa Romeo), was finally begining to show its age and struggle to turn over.
After contemplating the numerous choices available, I finally choose this one.
I am glad to say that there was no turning back. The car turns over straight away, even from starting after being covered in 12" of snow for 5 days and in temperatures below freezing!!!"
